Return and Refund Policy

At Furmingos, we want every experience to feel as warm and sunny as our inspiration. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it as easy as possible to return or exchange your Furmingo. Please review our simple guidelines below.

 

Returns

  • Timeframe: You can return your Furmingo within 30 days of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    While we aim to keep things flexible, the following items are non-returnable:
    • Gift cards
    • Personalized or custom items
    • Final sale items
    • Products that are used, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include your receipt or order confirmation when requesting a return.
  • How to Start a Return:
    Email us at info@furmingos.com with:
    • Your order number
    • The reason for your return
    • Photos of the item (if applicable)

We’ll respond promptly with instructions and a prepaid return shipping label, if applicable.

 

Return Shipping

  • For voluntary returns (like changing your mind), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Furmingos covers the shipping cost.

 

Refunds

  • Full Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, eligible refunds will be issued for the full purchase amount, minus any applicable return shipping fees for voluntary returns.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

 

Inspection Process

We’ll carefully inspect all returned items to ensure they meet the return criteria. Items that:

  • Show signs of use or wear not caused during shipping
  • Are missing original packaging
    may not be eligible for a refund. If this happens, we’ll notify you.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

We want your Furmingo to arrive in perfect condition, but if it doesn’t, we’ll fix it!

  • How to Report an Issue:
    Email info@furmingos.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the defect, damage, or incorrect item
    • Let us know if you’d like a replacement or refund

Once we receive the defective or incorrect item, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement right away. Furmingos covers all shipping costs for defective or damaged items.

 

Holiday Returns (Optional)

If your Furmingo is a gift, we’ve got you covered! For purchases made in November or December, returns are accepted through January 15.
